隐私政策
一句话：你的截图只在你的 Mac 上。MaxCap 没有账号、没有统计分析、没有崩溃上报，我们收不到你的任何截图、文字或使用数据。
我们收集什么
什么都不收集。MaxCap 不包含统计、广告或遥测代码，许可证在本机离线校验，没有设备标识。本网站同样不使用统计脚本或 Cookie。

和所有网站一样，托管服务商（Cloudflare）会在服务器日志中短暂处理请求的 IP 地址，用于传输和防滥用。
保存在你 Mac 上的数据
- 截图原图和缩略图；截图时的应用、窗口标题、显示器和时间。

协议://域名/路径，去掉查询参数）；可在 设置 › 隐私 关闭并一键清除。 - 本地文字识别（Apple Vision）结果、搜索索引、你写的备注。
- 用于“相似截图”的图像特征和内容哈希，在本机计算。

许可证密钥和试用日期；试用开始日期另存一份在钥匙串（
cc.maxcap.trial），以免删除资料库后重新试用。 - 设置、会话、暂存架、分享记录和本地日志。
新截图默认 24 小时后自动删除，除非你置顶或归档。删除截图会同时删除它的文字、备注和网站信息。退出 MaxCap 后删除数据文件夹即可移除全部数据。
敏感应用
密码管理器等应用默认排除：它们在前台时拒绝截图，在区域和全屏截图中它们的窗口会被隐藏。你可以在 设置 › 隐私 调整排除列表。
macOS 权限
屏幕录制用于截图。辅助功能（可选）用于自动滚动截图和读取浏览器地址。
以后的功能
任何新的网络功能（例如云分享、发送到 Eagle 或问题追踪系统）都会默认关闭、需要你明确开启，并先更新本页面。

Privacy policy
In short: your captures stay on your Mac. MaxCap has no account, no analytics and no crash upload; we receive none of your captures, text or usage data.
What we collect
Nothing. MaxCap contains no analytics, advertising or telemetry code, licence keys are verified offline and no device identifier exists. This website uses no analytics scripts or cookies either.
Every network request MaxCap makes
maxcap.cc/updates/stable.json when you press Check now in Settings ›
Updates, or once a day if you turn automatic checks on (off by default); and
maxcap.cc/updates/MaxCap_<version>.app.tar.gz only after you choose
to download an update. Both are plain HTTPS requests with no identifiers or capture
data. Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) briefly processes the requesting IP
address for delivery and abuse prevention.
Data kept on your Mac
Capture images and thumbnails; the app, window title, display and time of each capture;
for browser captures the site and page title (stored as
scheme://host/path only, removable in Settings › Privacy); on-device text
recognition, the search index and your notes; image fingerprints and content hashes for
similar captures; your licence key and trial dates (the trial start is mirrored in the
Keychain item cc.maxcap.trial); settings, sessions, Shelf, share history
and local logs.
New captures are deleted after 24 hours unless you pin or archive them. Deleting a capture deletes its text, notes and page information. Quit MaxCap and delete its data folder to remove everything.
Sensitive apps, permissions, future features
Password managers and other excluded apps are never captured and are hidden from region and screen captures. Screen Recording is used to capture; Accessibility (optional) for automatic scrolling and reading browser addresses. Any future network feature (cloud sharing, Eagle, issue trackers) will be off by default, opt-in, and listed here first.
